Tickets for UNR Performing Arts

Tickets for UNR Performing Arts – Martha Redbone  “Bone Hill: The Concert”

Thurs, February 27, 7:30 PM, UNR’s Church Fine Arts Building, Nightingale Concert Hall

The UNR School of Arts has invited matches to attend each of the performances in their Performing Arts Series for free!  Back after holiday break, this 4th one in the series is inspired by Redbones ancestors.  She and the cast of jazz and blues singers perform a musical saga of a woman’s return to her homeland in coal-mining Appalachia, where her family has dwelled and struggled for centuries.  The contemporary Cherokee/Shawnee and African American family is bonded to their culture, identity, and the mountain.  For more information about the Performing Arts Series visit unr.edu/pas.  Please RSVP now to reserve your tickets for this performance. We are limited to five matches per performance and must submit names one week prior to the event.
