Hot August Nights Foundation provided funding for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Nevada and a grant for Big Brothers and Sisters to visit The Discovery with their Littles. Zullily, Sardina’s Fine Italian Bistro and the Reno Fire Department provided Little Brothers and Sisters food and presents this holiday season. Sierra Nevada CRS donated the proceeds from their annual fashion show to BBBSNN, and Artech provided free art classes for Bigs and Littles to attend together. Other supporters include Dermody Properties and Charles N. Mathewson Charitable Lead Trusts.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Nevada has been the beneficiary of several recent events.

Sam's Club and Starbucks helped with the Match Picnic. The Reno Aces and JAKKS Pacific held a Christmas In July toy drive to benefit the charity, and the Aces players' wives, girlfriends and daughters who conducted a raffle. ServerTechnology employees assembled 15 bikes and donated them to BBBSNN "Littles", low-income and disadvantaged children in the Reno-Sparks community, while Kiwanis Bike Program coordinated the bike building and donated locks for the new bikes.

Other supporters of BBBSNN programs include: Harley Davidson financial Services, E.L. Cord Foundation, Nell J. Redfield, Robert Z. Hawkins Foundation, Union Pacific Foundation, Roxie & Azad Joseph Foundation and Bank of the West.
