Access to Healthcare Network, Washoe County Social Services and the Regional Transportation Commission are providing free, ADA accessible, non-emergency medical transportation in Washoe County.

The program provides transportation to health-related appointments and events, prescription and medical equipment pickups, and grocery stops. Service hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

To be eligible for the program, an individual must live in Washoe County and be over 60 years of age, or disabled or low-income (only if younger than 60 and not disabled).

To determine eligibility and to schedule a ride, call 844-469-4932 Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
