The Grand Chefs Gala is a unique dining experience featuring 15 of the Truckee Meadow's top chefs, each preparing dinner paired with premium wines for four tables (40 people) to be chosen at random. Each chef will have a small open kitchen next to their tables showcasing the preparation and execution of their individual menu. This "behind the scenes" look at some of Reno's best chefs is a high energy event that creates a dynamic culinary atmosphere. The Grand Plan The evening starts at 6pm with a wine reception featuring passed appetizers while you peruse our silent auction items--all while enjoying music. Dinner begins at 7:00pm, which culminates with our always elegant, and always delectable dessert auction. Immediately following is our live auction showcasing fabulous items, and an energized atmosphere. Don't forget to bring your dancing shoes, because at 9pm local band, Under the Radar, starts up, and the excitement continues all night!
